Our easy-to-use online platform and team of certified Support Specialists allow you to provide personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate guidance for families— at the time of need, or when planning ahead.
Bringing Cadence to your families is simple:
  1. Open up your Cadence Business Portal. 
  2. Enter the contact information for the Cadence user and a few details about the deceased (it takes fewer than 5 minutes!)
  3. You’re done! The new user will receive an email or text from Cadence to finish setting up their account. 
The family’s experience is just as easy:
  1. The family member or next of kin will receive an email or text invitation to create their account.
  2. The family member or individual is then guided through a 5-10 minute questionnaire, which collects and assesses relevant information about their loved one.
  3. A comprehensive, uniquely tailored, and interactive guide helps families navigate the estate administration process, including all relevant forms and letters.
  4. Cadence’s certified Support Specialists are available to assist families who require any additional help, guidance, or referrals.
