Frequently asked questions
Is my information secure in Cadence?
We take your privacy very seriously and we are committed to safeguarding personal information in our custody and control. You can be assured that your personal information will not be shared with anyone without your consent. We use bank-level technical safeguards and follow industry best practices.
How do I set up two-factor authentication?
To set up two-factor authentication, go to Settings by clicking on your name in the top-right corner of your account. Select security on the side panel, and choose whether you want to use phone or email. Every time you log in, you'll be asked to enter a code that is sent to the device you choose.
What does it mean to encrypt my data?
Encryption is the process of protecting information or data by using mathematical models to scramble it in such a way that only the parties who have the key to unscramble it can access it. In other words, we make your information into something only we can read.
Will you be sharing my data?
We only work with companies we trust that meet our strong security standards, and we will not share your data without your permission.
